Terms of Service

Last updated: 11 October 2026

The short version

  • Warrantify helps you keep track of your warranties and reminds you before they end. It's free.
  • Reminders are a helpful backup, not a guarantee: keep an eye on important dates yourself, and keep copies of important documents.
  • Everything you add stays yours.
  • Use Warrantify lawfully and don't misuse it.
  • Nothing here affects your legal rights as a consumer.

1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Harsh Sharma, a sole trader in the United Kingdom, trading as Warrantify.me and NeutronX Innovation ("Warrantify", "we", "us"). They apply to our website, web app and mobile apps (together, "the service"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. If you don't agree to these terms, please don't use the service.

2. Who can use Warrantify

You must be 13 or older. If you're under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission, and they agree to these terms on your behalf. The service is for your personal use; organisations can contact us about a business plan, which comes with its own agreement.

3. Your account

Give us accurate details and keep them up to date. Keep your sign-in details secure and don't share your account. You're responsible for what happens in your account, unless it happens because of something we did wrong. If you think someone else has used your account, email hello@warrantify.me straight away.

4. What Warrantify does, and doesn't do

  • Warrantify stores the products, warranties and documents you add, shows you what's still covered, and sends reminders before each warranty's end date.
  • We rely on the information you enter. We don't check whether a warranty is valid, what it covers, or whether a claim will succeed.
  • We're not a party to your warranties. We're not a retailer, manufacturer or insurer, and we don't give legal advice. Any claim is between you and whoever provides the warranty.
  • Reminders can be late or not arrive, for example if an email is caught by a spam filter, notifications are turned off on your phone, or a service we rely on is down. Treat them as a helpful backup, not as your only record of important dates.
  • Keep your own copies of documents you can't afford to lose, such as original receipts.

5. Your content

The products, details, photos and documents you add ("your content") remain yours. You allow us to store, copy, process and display your content only as needed to provide the service to you. This permission ends when you delete the content or close your account, apart from copies in backups, which are removed as the backups expire.

You confirm that you have the right to upload your content and that it isn't unlawful. We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law.

6. Using Warrantify fairly

You agree not to:

  • break the law, or help anyone else to, using the service;
  • upload malware, or content that is illegal or infringes anyone's rights;
  • use it to store anything other than records of things you own: we check the photos, documents and details you add, and may refuse what isn't about a product;
  • try to access other people's accounts or data, or parts of our systems you're not meant to;
  • overload, disrupt or scrape the service, or access it by automated means other than our apps;
  • copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service, except where the law allows it.

If you find a security problem, please tell us at hello@warrantify.me rather than testing it further. We appreciate it.

7. Price and plan limits

Warrantify is currently free. We may introduce limits on the free service, such as the number of products, or paid features, as described on our Plans page. We'll never charge you without your clear agreement. Any paid feature will show its price and terms before you buy, and we'll tell you about new limits before they affect you.

8. Changes to the service

We keep improving Warrantify, so features may change. We aim to keep it available at all times, but can't promise it will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance. If we decide to close the service, we'll email you at least 30 days beforehand so you can download your documents, unless we have to act sooner for legal or security reasons.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using Warrantify at any time. To close your account and have your data deleted, email hello@warrantify.me; our Privacy Policy explains how quickly it's removed.

We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if the law requires it, or to protect the service or other users. We'll tell you why, unless the law prevents us.

10. Our responsibility to you

  • If we break these terms or fail to use reasonable care and skill, we're responsible for loss you suffer that was a foreseeable result. We're not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable.
  • Because reminders are a backup (section 4), we're not responsible for a missed warranty, return or claim deadline, or for the value of a claim, unless it was caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
  • Warrantify is for personal use, so we're not responsible for any loss of profit, business or business opportunity.
  • If something we provide damages your device or other digital content because we didn't use reasonable care and skill, we'll repair the damage or compensate you.
  • Apart from the cases below, our total responsibility to you is limited to £100, as far as the law allows.
  • Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example to reflect new features or changes in the law. We'll change the date at the top of this page, and for important changes we'll email you at least 30 days before they take effect. If you don't agree to the new terms, you can close your account before then.

12. Other legal terms

  • We may transfer this agreement to someone else, for example if Warrantify becomes a company. We'll tell you, and your rights won't be reduced. You need our agreement to transfer it to someone else.
  • Only you and we have rights under these terms; no one else can enforce them.
  • If a court finds part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
  • If we don't enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
  • These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the service.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you have a problem, please email hello@warrantify.me first; most things can be sorted out quickly. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts there. If you live elsewhere, you also keep any protections that the consumer laws of your country give you.
